

Transforms the Foundation’s vision, mission and strategic plan into reality. Collaborates with the Board of Trustees in developing initiatives to meet strategic goals. Builds and leads Foundation Staff to effectively and efficiently meet the organization’s strategic goals.

Directs, implements, and manages the ongoing programs and day-to-day operational aspects of the Foundation. Develops and implements efficient workflow processes for smooth operations.

Executes annual and long term fundraising plans of the Foundation by developing strategic relationships with key donors and constituencies of the Foundation.

Develops and executes an integrated marketing and communications plan that supports the objectives of the Foundation and is in synch with the messages of the Fraternity.

Acts at the Foundation controller, overseeing all areas of financial management, including the budget, accounts receivable, accounts payable and investments.

Serves as the office receptionist. Provides assistance to the Executive Director and to the entire Foundation Staff, as needed.
